Margaret and her Company (Cameo Property Services) were referred to us when we built 2 investment houses in Dalby (Qld.) - we would have been extremely stressed without her friendly and informative phone calls and emails (especially during the recent floods) and locating the perfect tenants for the properties - the personal touch was amazing, particularly as we had/have never made her acquaintance - it's just like having a really good relative looking after our interests!
We would like to give just a few examples: it took several months from completion of the houses until we had tenants due to a temporary glut of housing, the lawns put down by the builder were browning off in the hot weather. Margaret personally watered our lawns to keep the places looking presentable until she could find suitable local person to take over.
The houses needed fences to make the yard secure, so Margaret actually obtained quotes from local contractors, sent us the information and organized the building of said fences.
She also kept us abreast of what was still outstanding re the builder finishing off his 6-month check and personally ringing the builder asking him when certain details would be addressed.
During the recent floods at Dalby Margaret kept all the landlords informed of rising flood waters and the proximity to the estate by keeping in touch with tenants for information.

As South African residents we decided a couple of years ago to invest in a property in Coomera Waters on the Gold Coast. What proved to be a long tedious process finally resulted in the completion of a dream home …one which we were sorry we could not move into.
