Are you currently with another agency?

If your property is currently managed by another agency, simply click here to download the form, fill in the details where indicated, sign it and fax it back to us on 07 5530 8333.

Cameo will do the rest. You will not have to communicate with your current agency in any way.

Cameo will send the document you have signed to your current agency and make arrangements to collect all files, keys and other necessary documents. In the meantime we will contact you and make arrangements to meet with you and present our credentials personally giving us the opportunity to customise your agreement and provide those services that best suit your requirements and financial structure and benefit the investment property long term.

If you reside interstate or overseas we will send you a Cameo Property Services Information Pack with all of the relevant documentation and can discuss with you either by phone or by e-mail all of your requirements as if we were meeting with you personally.

Cameo’s principal, Margaret Johnson intends to travel interstate over time to meet with all of Cameo’s clients personally. You will be given ample notice of her travel plans to your area so you can get the opportunity to have a face to face meeting and discuss further with Margaret any other requirements or plans you may have for your property portfolio.
